KENDOSOFT respects the privacy of our customers and takes all matters of personal privacy seriously.
Data Collection
During the course of playing our games, we collect data which identifies the device you use - such as device ID, model, and operating system.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, address, email, or phone number. You can play our games without providing such personal data. If you contact us using such information, we will use the same information to respond to you.
When using Sign in with Apple to save your game progress in the cloud, we do not collect your name or email address. We only confirm with Apple’s servers that your Apple ID is valid.
Third-Party Partners
Third-party networks, such as Microsoft PlayFab, may be required in order to play our games. Our third-party partners have their own privacy policies for which we are not responsible. You may read their policies, terms, and conditions to learn what information they collect and how they use it:

Data Usage
Our third-party partners collect information about your device in order to deliver services to you and operate our business. We use it to improve our games and to help provide a good experience for you.
Your Privacy Rights
At KENDOSOFT, you have rights regarding your game-specific data and how we handle it, as well as game-specific data held by our third-party partners. You may request access to these data, or request their deletion directly from within the app: Settings->Data Management->Delete All Data.
Since we do not collect any personally identifying information from you, please make any data requests from within the relevant game by going to Settings -> Support. This will assist us in finding your specific game-related data. If you are unable to do this, then please make a formal request from the Support page on this website.
Payment Processing
We do not process payments for in-app purchases and do not have access to your credit card information. Transactions for in-app purchases are processed through the App Store with your App Store account.
Advertising
Our games include advertisements as provided by third-party advertisers. These advertisers have their own privacy policies for which we are not responsible. You may read their policies, terms, and conditions to learn what information they collect and how they use it:

Protecting Children’s Privacy
Any data we collect does not include the age of the player. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13, and you believe they are in our system, you may contact us and we will permanently delete any information we have on this person.

From time to time, we may find it necessary to update this Privacy Policy to better protect our users, give them current information, and respond to legal and technical changes. The most current version of our Privacy Policy will govern our use of your data and will be effective from the date it is published by us on this page.
